Free returns are available for full priced items. For sale items, www.bmw-studio.com charges customers a return fee of RMB20,and will be deducted from your refund when you use our courier service.
Purchases must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order and with the original Return/Exchange Form. Returns or exchanges should be requested by contacting our Customer Care within 7 days of receiving your order. You may book your collection with our courier. Items returned must be in their unused, original condition with all BMW product tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included. Please email customercare@bmw-studio.com or phone +86 400.098.1961 to contact us if any of your purchases have been delivered without BMW tags. Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything we at www.bmw-studio.com reasonably believe has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.
